Technical Coordination

Before installation, the package should be coordinated with structure, ceiling height, M&E services, light fittings, diffusers, access panels, doors and glazing.

System selection: board, grid, framing, insulation and finishing.

Fire-Rated Systems

Fire performance must follow a tested and documented assembly.

Where a project requires fire-rated partition or ceiling, the build-up should follow the specified manufacturer system, including board layers, stud size and spacing, insulation, joint treatment and perimeter details.

Quote the complete tested system, not only the board brand.
Match the required fire-resistance period and assembly details.
Coordinate openings, doors, services and penetrations.
