For the fastest review, send the most complete tender information available.
Can you quote from BOQ only?
Yes, but drawings and specifications improve accuracy. Where information is incomplete, we will state assumptions or request clarification before finalising the package price.
Can you attend a site visit before tender closing?
Yes, subject to project location, access and available timing. For larger or more technical packages, a site assessment can be important to confirm access, height and existing conditions.
Do you handle supply and installation?
Yes. Depending on the package, we can price supply-and-install, labour-only or selected material-and-labour scopes, provided the commercial basis is clear.
Can you submit technical documents after award?
Where applicable and available, we can coordinate product data, material information and project documentation for the awarded scope. Required submittals should be identified in the RFQ.
